"I've been dealing with State farm for quite some time . However this State farm this office. Lacks professional standards. sometimes it's hard to get a hold of the actual agent, I do talk to her staff in the past I have been treated with disrespect. As a client I have walked in the office several times in the past and it's amazing how first impressions are important well we can just say first impressions don't work for this office. talked to her but her staff is non-professional. Have told me wrong information regarding my situation. However there's always room for improvement."
